Terms & Conditions:
The promoter is Lakeside Aust Pty Ltd T/a Pink Lake Butchers (ACN 150 003 302) whose registered office is at 81a Pink Lake Road Esperance WA 6450.
The competition is open to residents of Esperance & surrounding districts limited to 400km radius, aged 18 & over. Pink Lake Butchers employees & their immediate family and anyone involved in the judging are ineligible to enter.
There is no cost to enter the competition.
Entry into draw must be placed in store.
Limit of ONE ENTRY ONLY per person / per family.
Winning entrant(s) will be chosen by a Random Number Generator unless otherwise specified.
Identification should be shown before receipt of prize.
Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash nor transferrable.
No responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Winner will be notified by phone or facebook - whichever is deemed suitable at the time. The winner will have up to 14 days to collect their prize.
Pink Lake Butchers will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in:
A) Claiming the prize.
B) Redeeming the prize
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions.
The competition will be run on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pinklakebutchers/ . Opening and closing dates will be listed on the facebook promotional post. After this date, no further entries will be accepted. Prize details will also be listed on the facebook promotional post.
Pink Lake Butchers reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice - any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
Pink Lake Butchers decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or image in any publicity material to be published on our Facebook page. Data is not collected during the entry process and is not kept by Pink Lake Butchers.
By entering & participating, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend & indemnify Pink Lake Butchers, its owners & staff and family members from & against any claims, demands, liability, damages & cause of action, losses, cost or expenses with respect to or arising out of or related to entrants participation in the competition, or entrants participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of prize and/or misuse of a prize including without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to anyone.
