Pink Lake Butchers is located in Esperance, a beautiful town on the south-eastern coast of Western Australia. Located approximately 700kms from Perth, the town is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and tourist attractions.
Pink Lake Butchers has been providing Esperance and neighbouring towns with top quality local meat for the past thirty years and has earned the reputation as the best butchery & charcuterie in town with the ONLY actively working licensed smallgoods man in Esperance and two more in training.
Our meat is grass fed grass finished and is sourced from Western Australia's South West Region so the meat miles are reduced as much as possible.

Mitchell's Pink Lake Butchers presents an extensive range of small goods and tasty variety of home-made sausages, biltong, store made small goods - including our own salami's - gourment lines - and is well known for its famous, original Beef Jerky and with the addition of a South African apprentice, we also stock a range of Traditional South African Biltong, Droewors and other tasty goods.
Scott and Kaaron Mitchell are proud locals and know just how to feed a big family on a budget as they have six children between the two of them!
